Dear Amy,
Positive things are going on in appropriate places. Important people who are powerful know about it. It will get better. In your situation, I would use the phone and call someone like...... me! I hope that you are aware that the Ros....s and the Mah........s have my address and phone number. You are not prohibited legally from calling me, and the mediator told your mother that it was good for you to have regular contact with me.
There are pay phones everywhere and you can tell the operator to make it a "collect call". Your friends want to help you also.
NO ONE can monitor every pay telephone, and your closest friends also have secure telephones as well as cell phones.
People in your neighborhood want to help you, people in Vernon Hills want to help you, people in Gregg's Landing want to help you, people in Libertyville want to help you...........you have made a lot of friends and they want to help you. You are a wonderful person to have made so many friends....you must allow them to help you if it becomes necessary.
Keep strong and hold on to your inner being and your spirit and who you are. You ARE the better person, and your personal power and strength may unnerve them so they will try to diminish, intimidate, and control you with fear and threats. Don't be bullied or frightened. Stay centered. Stay in control of you. Your inner self is telling you what's right and what's not. Listen to it. Believe in yourself.
Talk with your friends and be very honest with them about everything. Do not hide ANYTHING. You need to have a network of friends who will help you. You are a wonderful person and the community is willing and ready to help you. You are always welcome here. LJHS gives ACT's. I've already spoken with them.
